from the earth. for the people.

Non-Toxic Mineral Pigment & Plant Dyes
All our products are dyed with minimal, if any, synthetic dyes with many of the products featuring natural and un-dyed wool. All dyes used are non-toxic and lead-free.

Natural Fibers
Our products are made of sustainable resources; sheep, llama and goat wool, as well as cotton, linen and other natural fibers. We seek organic fabrics when possible. In an effort to cut back on microplastics entering our environment, waterways and oceans, we feel it is important to invest in non-synthetic textiles.

Supporting Traditional Artisans
By ethically and appropriately compensating the makers, our most important goal is to promote traditional woven techniques to insure this art form is fortified and kept alive for generations to come.

WHAT IT MEANS TO BE PATRONA
"Patrona" signifies feminine power, being connected to the earth/land, ranch ownership and of being in a position of honor and respect. To be a Patrona means to watch over and care for the people and animals that roam the land.
With the name Patrona, we aim to place traditional and indigenous artisans in positions of honor and to be the conduit to bringing more exposure to their art and their way of life.
